How are the prints made?
Prints are produced on heavyweight archival luster paper. Rich color, deep contrast, and a finish that holds up under any light in the room without the glare you get from glossy. The paper is rated to last for generations when cared for properly, so the moment on your wall stays the way you first saw it.
Each print is produced to order, packaged with care, and shipped directly to your door. No mass production. No warehouse stockpile. Just the work, done right.
About The Frames
I partner with Larson-Juhl, a premium frame supplier, and master framers to bring you a modern display that's ready to hang right out of the box. Prefer to work with your own framer? Every piece is also available unframed.
Every frame is real wood with a 3/4" face and 1.5" depth. Clean lines, solid build, three finishes to fit the space you're hanging it in.
Each piece comes matted with a 2" white acid-free mat to give the work room to breathe. The cover is optically clear, shatterproof, UV-protectant acrylic, so the print stays safe from sun damage and accidents. Hanging hardware is included.
No trip to the framer. No extra cost. Just open the box and find the wall.

Yes. Every print ships free and fully insured. Each piece is made to order and carefully packaged for its journey to your home. You’ll find your estimated delivery window near the Add to Cart button, and tracking will be emailed when your order ships.
What is the 14-Day Collector Promise?
Choosing art online is personal. I want you to feel confident seeing your print in your own space.
If it isn’t the right fit, email Support@rileyclarkfineart.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once your print is returned in its original condition, I’ll refund the purchase price you paid.
Please keep the original packaging until you’ve decided to keep your print. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility for returns based on personal preference. Contact me before sending anything back so I can provide return instructions.
What if my print arrives damaged?
I’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please email Support@rileyclarkfineart.com within seven business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, including the packaging. Keep the print and packaging until I confirm the next steps.
Can I Make Custom Requests?
In short, yes. I'm happy to work with you on creating a piece for your space. That said, the sizes and finishes I offer are what I believe to be the best way to present fine art nature photography.

Location: The Ruby Mountains, NV
Spending a week in Northern Nevada, deep in the rugged terrain of the Ruby Mountains, was no walk in the park. Every day brought a new set of challenges—snow-covered trails, biting wind, and morning temperatures that dipped to a brutal -10°F. Even the simplest tasks felt like a test of willpower.
But moments like this? They make every frozen breath worth it.
After days of patient tracking and navigating terrain that seemed designed to break you, I found myself face to face with this tom mountain lion. Perched high in a gnarled tree, he was calm but alert—completely in his element. There was a sense of power in his stillness, like he didn’t need to prove anything to me. He just was.
Photographing apex predators in the wild is never predictable. You’re not guaranteed a sighting. There are no second takes. But when everything aligns—the tracking, the light, the timing—you have to be ready to press the shutter and hold your breath.
This image, High Ground, captures more than just a mountain lion. It’s a reminder of what it takes to be out there: the discomfort, the patience, the deep respect for the wild and those who thrive in it. For me, this shot is about more than photography—it’s about connection, endurance, and the thrill of earning a moment with an animal that few people ever get to see in the wild.

Have been shooting since my first son was born and he's 54 now. From Connecticut but have lived in Florida x 48 years. Retired x 11 years; was an M.D. Have been to South Africa, Europe, China, Argentina/Chile, Russia, Alaska, Thailand/Cambodia, Morocco, Israel, and most recently Ireland & Scotland. Love the southwest, especially Utah. I really liked your book and think you did a great job with it. Your writing is quite good. I do not read much but I went through your book in two days and it now sits on our coffee table amongst many other photo books by excellent photogs such as Serge Ramelli (Venice), Nik Brandt, David Turnley, Clyde Butcher, Arnold Newman, Peter Lik, and one on Utah's parks. Just hung it on wall when we got home from a trip. Haven’t had enough time to truly appreciate. Initial response “WOW”
About a week before it arrived I found this frame at Goodwill the dark color is a dark bronzed metal and on the outside edge there are little bronze nail heads. I had a feeling it would suit this photo and it did!!! Came out just as I had hoped. Pardon the clarity of the photo the camera on my tablet is not the best. Anyway totally thrilled with and fits perfectly where I live. About 8500ft altitude in a small Colorado mountain town! Thanks! P.S. Will be moving in the next 6 months so going to wait about getting anything else til I see what the new house is like! But thank you so much for this one!

Hi Riley, I decided to change the mat color to something closer to the yellow in the photo. I didn't think the white mat looked good. WOW, what a difference! It made all the other colors including the yello/cream color pop! I am enjoying all of the prints that I have purchased from you so much! Jim
