1. What’s included in each bundle?
Two fine-art paper prints, acid-free 4-ply white mats, solid-wood frames (Black, Maple, or Walnut), optically clear shatter-resistant acrylic, sawtooth hangers installed, and FREE U.S. shipping.
2. Are the prints signed or numbered?
These are open-edition prints and remain unsigned to keep production fast and pricing low.
3. How long will my order take?
• Production: 2-3 business days
• Shipping: 2-5 business days (continental U.S.)
Tracking is emailed as soon as your prints leave the studio.
4. Do you offer larger sizes or other materials (canvas, metal)?
Yes! On my main site you’ll find canvas, metal, and additional sizes. This special pricing, however, applies only to the paper sizes and frame options listed here.
5. Can I mix & match images or sizes in the bundle?
This discount is for the preset two-print sets shown. For a custom pair, email me and I’ll quote a bundle price.
6. What if my frames arrive damaged?
Email photos within 48 hours and I’ll rush a free replacement—no questions asked.
7. What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Your frames and prints are protected against fading, warping, and manufacturer defects for life. I’ll repair or replace them at no cost.
8. Can I return or exchange the bundle?
Yes—returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Keep the original packaging and request a prepaid label.
9. How do I hang the prints?
Sawtooth hangers are pre-installed. Use two picture-hanging nails or screws rated for the frame’s weight.
10. How do I clean the acrylic front?
Wipe with a microfiber cloth and non-ammonia glass cleaner or mild soap and water. Avoid paper towels and abrasives.
